Since the new technology appear nowadays , people become very independent of the online services. Buying, communicate, having a second life in a virtual world, or either shopping grocery and booking tickets allow people to have easy lives and save time. People are very addicted to it.Surfers and publishers create new things to replace the activities in a real world.
In NYC,traffic is very intense and people are always rushing here and there .People are always fitting to get a cab in rush hours or get trains, or sometimes new yorkers are late because there is a long line to buy a Metrocard.
Therefore, my idea is to create a database that allows people to order or book a Taxi online ( like they can make a reservation 20 minutes before their trip) by entering their information such as From Which destination to another, how many people, time to pick up , and enrolled their credit card on file in case of cancellation, the client will be charged about 10 dollard fees. Metrocard pass will be digital, instead of buying a card and most of the time people can loose it , Therefor, individuals will just have to swipe their phone code bar and get to the train platform. And same for people who buys metrocards online by putting the amounts of their rides, and paying online.Since, the customer will get an email with a code that will let him to use it to get from one station to the other .
I hope this can happen in the near future and gives the people an easy way to be always in time for their meetings or appointments.
